Kirsten Drozdowski is a professional coach who completed coach training through Adler International Learnings ICF (International Coach Federation) Accredited Coach Training Program. She is currently on track to obtain her ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential. Kirstens first career was in a corporate healthcare environment. Her 31-year profession spanned leadership roles in Information Technology, ProjectProgram Management, Finance and Organizational Transformation. Leadership, team building, collaboration and delivering results are hallmarks of her corporate career. She has transitioned her passion for leadership and helping others grow to professional coaching. Her deep corporate experience coupled with a passion for personal growth provides a unique combination of head and heart; logic and compassion; commitment and gratitude in her coaching style.
