Once we identify your values and priorities, we will construct a step-by-step plan so you can achieve life-work balance with less stress, and more productivity and joy. You will know exactly what to do to take care of yourself AND get what you need to get done. Having work/life balance, means that you are not continually stressed out trying to juggle your work/life demands. It means you more easily accomplish what needs accomplishing, and enjoy your life.
First, you fill out a Discovery questionnaire in which you identify the main areas on which you want to work, as well as how you like to be worked with. We use that as the basis for our 3 month plan.
Typically we briefly review your homework (your previous action items.) We celebrate what's working :) Then we decide what you want to be coached on this week, always culminating in action steps.
You will be clearer about what you want to do, as well as how to achieve it. You you will make more progress with my coaching (or make it more easily) than if you're working on your own.
