Lisa Downs has spent her career since 2003 coaching leaders and their teams to work at their best and achieve their desired results through better communication and collaboration. Leveraging assessment tools to provide you with data, Lisa can help you get a better handle on how you come across as a leader and how your work style, personality type, and approach to communication impacts colleagues, clients, and your team. With a background in leadership, executive, and team development with organizations such as The Boeing Company, EMC, T-Mobile USA, and in the accounting and insurance industries, Lisa specializes in working with technical professionals who are looking to continue to grow in their leadership and people skills. Lisa's goal is to help anyone who is leading a business or a team hone their EQ as best they can to ultimately achieve their goals. She holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. Leveraging the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders assessment, I will support you as you grow your leadership skill set with a focus on improving your communication and collaboration skills with employees and your team. Packages include 1-hour coaching sessions. We'll start by your identifying a specific goal you'd like to work on in terms of your assessment results and gauge your progress over time. With a focus on data and goals, we'll work together in a partnership to ensure you get the results you need to be a great communicator as a leader and lead a great team.
