Lisa Downs has spent her career since 2003 coaching leaders and their teams to work at their best and achieve their desired results through better communication and collaboration. Leveraging assessment tools to provide you with data, Lisa can help you get a better handle on how you come across as a leader and how your work style, personality type, and approach to communication impacts colleagues, clients, and your team. She holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
