Kimberley Pollock, LPCC, CEAP, NCC Kim trained as a Coach through CoachU in 1998 in the first days of coaching. She is certified in Employee Assistance, Hypnosis, Neurolinquistic Programming, and in Personal Assessments. Kim is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at the Supervising level in Ohio. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Kim earned her Master of Arts degree in Agency Counseling from East Tennessee State University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio. She has owned her own business since 2005. Kim has over twenty-five years of experience in counseling, including outpatient, employee assistance, substance abuse, management effectiveness training and public speaking. Most recently she was an Onsite Employee Coach and Consultant at the International Headquarters of Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. She specializes in crisis intervention and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, job stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, women’s issues and also coaching for performance excellence. Her focus is on helping people become empowered to overcome life’s stressors and to reach their full potential. Kim has presented seminars both locally and nationally on a variety of topics. She has served as a Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at several local agencies and as Vice-President of the Southern Ohio EAPA Chapter. Kim is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, as well as the International Coaching Federation.
