Jeff Johnson is a seasoned Bay Area software professional who has served in numerous capacities to develop, implement and sell cuttingedge technologies across several industries since 1997. He currently focuses his time on making his customers successful as Sr. Manager of Customer Success at a life sciences software company in the Bay Area. Jeffs primary asset in this role is a rare ability to understand and communicate effectively with various types of customers from the CSuite to very technical programmers and IT professionals. Mr. Johnson's 16 years of tech experience includes 10 years as a software engineer and consultant, followed by progressive roles at a startup where he helped grow a company from the proverbial 3 guys in a garage to a company with 100 employees and more than $15M in annual revenue. His responsibilities over that time included developing firstgeneration software, building and running a professional services organization including tech support, education and consulting services, and ultimately owning the product organization and strategy as VP of Product. Mr. Johnson currently heads up the Customer Success team at Comprehend another life science software company delivering clinical trial quality software solutions to life science companies like Astellas, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and Boston Scientific. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University where he was the team captain for the Billiken golf team. He majored in Management Information Systems and Finance.
