Gregory brings a whole life perspective to his coaching, while focusing on his clients business effectiveness and individual performance. Gregorys clients appreciate his professionalism and expertise, as well as his wide-ranging background, which helps generate new perspectives for taking action, creating change, and leading in todays world. Gregory spent three years in post-war Bosnia consulting for USAID, seven years as a Management Consultant with IBM Business Consulting, and ten years in leadership positions in the Federal government. Most recently, Gregory was on the leadership team at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) that developed the Federal Coaching Network and won the 2014 HCMG Award for Best Leadership Development Program in the Public Sector. As a Faculty Member and Mentor Coach of the Federal Internal Coaching Training Program (FICTP), Gregory also created and led the government-wide Advanced Coach Training Initiative in 2015 and 2016, designed to broaden and deepen the coaching skills of Federal coaches. Prior to OPM, Gregory brought his business consulting and coaching experience to the Federal sector to develop and lead a leadership coaching program at the International Trade Administration that won a 2008 US Department of Commerce Bronze Medal and the 2009 Metro DC International Coach Federation Prism Award recognizing the organization that has best leveraged the power of coaching to enhance performance and accelerate results. In addition to his organizational capacity-building work, Gregory coaches people from all walks of life including entrepreneurs, teachers, project managers, restauranteurs, ex-corporate types, those in transition, or those just starting out.
